A panel session consists of 4-6 presenters, including an optional discussant, or as few as three presenters with a discussant. Only one individual from the panel who is serving as the Panel Chair should submit the panel session abstract. The Panel Chair should also submit an abstract as an individual presenter, unless they are serving as the discussant.
Proposed panel sessions are strongly encouraged to have at least one but no more than two discussants. Discussants may also participate as panelists, but are not required to do so.
Each individual presenter must also prepare an abstract of 200 words or less. Time slots for panel sessions are 90-minutes in length and may be in-person or hybrid. For hybrid presentations, at least one presenter/participant must attend the session in-person.
You will be able to save drafts of your proposal. To facilitate collaboration with your presenters, the Panel Chair will receive a secure link via email that can be used to edit the draft proposal. Proposals will not be reviewed until they have been completed and submitted.
